Flavors - Wine Tasting Event

The Hawaii Bowl Foundation held its annual wine tasting fundraiser event, known as Flavors, at the Sheraton Waikiki. This year's event raised over $22,000 for the Hawaii Charities Organization.

Campaign at $600,000 and counting

..."One of our goals is to help our youth and help sports programs, so this (SOS project) fits right in," said Ernest Nishizaki, president of the Hawai'i Bowl Foundation. "That goal is very, very important to us."

The Foundation's treasurer, Sheraton Hawai'i Bowl executive director Dave Matlin, said such grants usually are distributed in November, but the board considered this "a special circumstance." (Read Entire Article)

"The Hawaii Bowl Foundation's mission is to assist Hawaii based 501 C-3.  A preference is given to Non-Profits that provide services for Hawaii's youth." 

Octobeerfest Check Presentation
The 2009 Octobeerfest event raised $15,000 for the Hawaii Charities organization.
